That entering into the legal agreements and any associated
ancillary documents to give effect to the disposal and development
be approved.

That the Council’s decision to enter into an extended
exclusivity period with the development partner be ratified.

That authority be delegated to the Leader of the Council in
consultation with Director of City Development and Chief Operating
Officer to finalise and execute any other necessary legal
agreements to facilitate completion of the land transaction.
