Purpose
Local Authorities have a duty to collect
unpaid Council Tax, Non-Domestic rates, Business Improvement
District levy and sundry debts and Penalty Charge Notices
(PCN’s). City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is part of a
consortium of local authorities taking part in this procurement.
The other authorities being Dudley, Sandwell, and South
Staffordshire.

Approved the award of contract for
Lot (1) Enforcement Agents to both Rundles of Peninsular House,
Floor 9, 30 – 36 Monument Street, London EC3R 8LJ and Bristow
and Sutor of Bartleet Road,
Washford, Redditch B98 0FL for a period
of five (5) years commencing 1 December 2023 to the 30 November
2028. This contract is at no cost to the Council and has an
estimated value of £3,000,000 to the suppliers. The contract
will be an equal split between both Rundles and Bristow and
Sutor.
Approved the award of contract for
Lot (2) Enforcement Agents Second Referral to Newlyn PLC of Century
House, Wargrave Road, Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire, England, RG9
2LT of five (5) years commencing 1 December 2023 to the 30 November
2028. This contract is at no cost to the Council and has an
estimated value of £1,000,000 to the supplier.
