1.     
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of eight
semi-detached 2 bedroom, 4 person bungalows along with associated
infrastructure to Morro Partnerships, (formally Jessup Brothers)
Jessup House, 2 Station Court, Girton Road, Cannock, Staffordshire,
WS11 0EJ for a total value of £2,450,517.38.

 

2.   
Authorised entering into any other agreements including deed of
covenants, collateral warranties, assignments, and such other
ancillary agreements, including variations, as may be deemed
necessary to facilitate the delivery of the projects highlighted
within this report.
