Purpose

The Department for Levelling Up Housing and
Communities is funding Private Sector Housing to undertake a
Pathfinder Project to explore innovate housing enforcement. This
Individual Executive Decision is for the establishment of a
supplementary budget to accept that funding.

Content

1.     
Approved a budget of £125,000 for 2023-2024 and
£125,000 for 2024-2025 within the Private Sector Housing
Service for the delivery of the Pathfinder Project. The budget will
be funded from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and
Communities Pathfinder Programme as a resource grant
under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003 and will
have no impact on the Council’s net budget.
