Purpose

To approve the Council's updated Covert
Investigations Policy and associated procedures.

That the updated corporate Covert Investigations Policy (Version
4.8) (as set out at Appendix A to the report) which incorporates
the following documents be approved:

2.     
That the contents of the report and the steps taken
to address comments made by the most recent inspection of the
Council’s arrangements in respect to RIPA regulated matters
be noted.
