Purpose

To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods and services.

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Digital and Community and Cabinet Member for Resources, in
consultation with the Director of Finance, to approve the award of
a contract for Smart Bin Sensors when the evaluation process is
complete.

 

2.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Digital and Community in consultation with the Executive
Director of Economy, to approve the award of a contract for Multi-
Functional Devices when the evaluation process is
complete.
 

3.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Resident Services,
in consultation with the Director of Resident Services, to approve
the award of a contract for Hire of Winter Service Vehicles
including Maintenance when the evaluation process is
complete.
