Purpose

To seek approval for a supplementary budget
for the establishment of Urban Rooms in Wolverhampton City Centre
and Bilston Town Centre as a focus and physical platform for
community, business and stakeholder engagement.

Content

1.     
Approved the creation of supplementary budgets of £56,850 for
the Urban Rooms projects in Wolverhampton City Centre and
Bilston.
 
2.     
Authorised the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the
WMCA to receive funding.
 
3.     
Authorised the signing of leases / rental agreements for an initial
6 month term for units in Wolverhampton and Bilston.
