Approval of Memorandum of Understanding
between the Council and Unison to resolve dispute relating to Part
Year Workers holida pay

Content

1.   
Approved the release of up to £295,000 funds from the Budget
Contingency Reserve to enable the payment of employee underpayments
pertaining to part year workers and holiday pay.
2.   
Approved delegated authority to the Chief Operating Officer in
accordance with Part 3 of the Constitution to approve the
Memorandum of Understanding in order to resolve an Employment
Tribunal claim against the Council.
