1.     
Approved the completion of the purchase of the former Council
properties listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed total price of
£235,000.
2.     
Agreed the payment of Property 1 to be made from monies received
through affordable housing contributions within Section 106
Agreements s outlined in paragraph 2.4.
3.     
Authorised an authorised officers to execute legal documentation to
put the purchase into effect.
