Purpose

This report seeks capital funding to replace
modular buildings at Christ Church CE school and Westacre
school.

Content

1.   
Approved the allocation of £550,000 from the approved capital
budget for Primary Expansion Programmes to the budget for works at
Christ Church CE Infant School and Nursery.
 

2.   
Approved the further allocation of £150,000 from the approved
capital budget for Primary Expansion Programmes to the existing
budget for Westacre Infant School
Project.
 

3.   
Approved that the Chief Operating Officer be authorised to
enter into or execute or seal any legal
documentation in relation to the schemes as deemed necessary in
respect of the above-mentioned paragraphs.
 

4.   
Approved that further reporting relating to the schemes will take
place in due course.
