1.     
That the transfer of the former St. Luke’s Primary School
site on Goldthorn Road, Wolverhampton from the Council to the
Secretary of State for Education for the development of permanent
playing fields in conjunction with the development of a new three
Form Entry Primary School on land on the west side of Penn Road in
the ownership of the Secretary of State for Education be
approved.

2.     
That the transfer by way of a 125 year ground lease at a peppercorn
be approved.
 

3.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance
and Equalities in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets,
to approve the Agreement for Lease and Lease in accordance with the
Heads of Terms set out in Appendix 1 to the report.
