To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods, and services

Content

1.    
That
authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance and
Equalities and Cabinet Member for Resources, in consultation with
the Deputy Director of Assets and Director of Finance, to approve
the award of a contract for Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility
Main Contractor when the evaluation process is complete.

 
2.    
That
authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Adults and
Wellbeing, in consultation with the Director of Adult Social Care,
to approve the award of a contract for a Prepaid
Card Platform and Direct Payments Insurance when the
evaluation process is complete.
