Purpose

To seek approval for the contract award for
the supply of engineering machinery and equipment for the new
Advanced Technology and Automotive Centre.

Content

1.         
Authorised the Council to enter into contract with the successful
contractors for the supply of engineering machinery and equipment
for the new Advanced Technology and Automotive Centre building that
forms part of the City Learning Quarter Phase 1 project.

 

2.         
Authorised the Chief Legal Operating Officer to negotiate, execute,
seal and complete all necessary documents to give effect to the
above recommendations.
