Purpose

The purpose of the grant is to provide support
to local authorities in England towards expenditure lawfully
incurred or to be incurred by them to implement interventions aimed
at tackling fly-tipping by raising awareness of the household waste
duty of care

Content

1.     
Approved the creation of a supplementary revenue budget of
£14,800 and a supplementary capital budget of £34,319;
and
2.     
Approved that the Head of Legal Services be authorised to
enter into or execute or seal any legal
documentation as deemed necessary in respect of the above-mentioned
paragraphs.
