Purpose

Decision to be made for the legal signing of a
Section 8 Agreement between Wolverhampton City Council and Walsall
Borough Council, for Wolverhampton City Council to deliver the
active travel project across two adjoining council
boundaries.

Content

1.         
Approved the spend of £600,000 supplementary
capital funding from CRSTS, and enter into the grant agreement once
finalised,

2.         
Approved that Legal officers from Wolverhampton City
Council execute a Section 8 Agreement and any ancillary legal
agreements.
