Purpose

A decision is required in relation to the
release of capital funds to expand Tettenhall Wood Special School.
This expansion is required to increase the commissioned number from
164 to 170 pupils, from September 2024.

Content

1.         
Approved the allocation of £50,000 from the approved Special
Provision Capital Fund to the budget for works at Tettenhall Wood
School.

2.         
Authorised the Council to enter into a legal Grant Funding
Agreement with Amethyst Academies Trust.
