Content

1)   
Approved a supplementary budget of £249,728.19 funded by the
Centre for Homelessness Impact for the delivery of the Time Limited
Accommodation with Immigration Advice project.
2)   
Approved to enter into grant agreements and award
grant payments for the delivery of The Time Limited Accommodation
with Immigration Advice project of up to £230,000, pursuant
to the Council’s Financial Procedure Rules to:
                                              
i.    
The Refugee and Migrant Centre for up to
£70,000;
                                             
ii.    
Ashley Community Housing for up to £140,000;
                                           
iii.    
Good Shepherd Ministry CIO for up to £15,000;
and
                                           
iv.    
P3 for up to £5,000
 
3)   
Approved that the Head of Legal Services be authorised to
enter into or execute or seal any legal
documentation in relation to the project as deemed necessary in
respect of the above-mentioned paragraphs.
