City Centre Car Parks Fees and
Charges

Content

1.   
Approved the increase in fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 2
which have been increased but not in accordance with the Strategy
approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024 for the reasons outlined in
this report.

2.   
Approved the change in VAT rate for the charge associated with
Highway Improvement Lines in Appendix 2 from Standard Rate to Non
Business.

3.   
Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from Monday
28 October 2024.

4.   
Noted that the scope of the IEDN excludes some elements of district
parking charges, work on which is currently ongoing and will be
subject to future report.
