Purpose

This IEDN seeks approval to enter into the
main contract for the Central Library and Adult Education build
works that form part of the City Learning Quarter Phase 2
programme.

Content

Authorised the Council to enter into
a JCT  Design and Build  Contract 2016 with Speller Metcalfe for the
Central Library and Adult Education main build works that form part
of Phase 2 of the City Learning Quarter.  
Authorised the Chief Legal Operating
Officer to negotiate, execute, seal and complete all necessary
documents to give effect to the above recommendations.
