Approved the amendment to the procurement procedure from Open Above
Threshold to Direct Award via Regulation 32, in accordance with the
Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Council’s Contract
Procedure Rules.

Awarded the contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Playground
Equipment to HAGS
SMP Limited, of Clockhouse Nurseries, Clockhouse Lane East, Egham,
Surrey, TW20 8PG for a duration of 3 years with the option to
extend for 2 further periods of 12 months from 30 September 2024 to
29 September 2029 for a total contract value of £640,000.
