1.   
Approved the increase in fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1
which have been increased but not in accordance with the Strategy
approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024 for the reasons outlined in
this report.

2.   
Approved that fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 2 have not
been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.

3.   
Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from 1
October 2024.

4.   
Noted that the scope of the IEDN excludes some elements of district
parking charges and premium city centre parking charges, work on
which is currently ongoing and will be subject to future
reports.
