To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods and services.

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Transport and Green City, in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services, to approve the award of a contract for Black
Country Transport Detailed Design Great Bridge to Amblecote
Transport Corridor when the evaluation process is
complete.

 
2.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Transport and Green City, in consultation with the Director of
Resident Services, to approve the award of a contract for Framework
for Highways Structures Repairs when the evaluation process is
complete, including subsequent call-offs of the
framework.

 
3.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Governance and Equalities, in consultation with the Deputy
Director of Assets, to approve the award of a contract for UK
Shared Prosperity Fund Solar Photovoltaic
Installation when the evaluation process is complete.

 
4.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Development, Jobs and Skills, in consultation with the
Director of City Economy and Partnerships, to approve the award of
a contract for Supply and Delivery of Beer, Wines & Spirits
when the evaluation process is complete.

 
5.     
That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader:
City Housing, in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of a contract for Supported
Accommodation for Families when the evaluation process is
complete.
