Purpose

To approve the Council response to:
consultation on national planning reforms; and various duty to
cooperate matters related to strategic planning.

Content

1.     
That the response to the Consultation on Reforms to National
Planning Policy attached as Appendix 1 to the report be
approved.

 

2.     
That a further report on the Wolverhampton Local Plan be submitted
to Cabinet, following publication of the revised National Planning
Policy Framework.

 

3.     
That the response to the Birmingham Local Plan Preferred Options
consultation attached as Appendix 2 to the report be approved.
