Purpose

This report seeks approval for supplementary
capital budgets totalling £1.6 million, comprising
£690,000 for the A461 Walk, Cycle and Bus Corridor (Dudley
and Sandwell), and £905,000 for the Wednesbury to Brierley
Hill Extension Sustainable Access Measures (WBHE SAM) project
(Dudley and Sandwell).

Approved the supplementary capital budgets totalling £1.6
million for the development of the A461 Walk, Cycle and Bus
Corridor and the WBHE SAM projects, subject to a signed grant
agreement.
2.     
Authorised the Head of Legal Services to enter
into or execute or seal any legal documentation in relation
to the schemes as deemed necessary in respect of the
above[1]mentioned
paragraph.
