Purpose

City of Wolverhampton, on behalf of Dudley
Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) and Sandwell Metropolitan
Borough Council (SMBC) are looking to appoint a suitable consultant
to provide design resource to create detailed design drawings for
the A461 Walk, Cycle and Bus Corridor scheme, and the Wednesbury to
Brierley Hill Sustainable Access Measures (WBHE SAM) scheme.
