Purpose

To approve the award of contracts for works,
goods and services.

Content

1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Transport and Green
City, in consultation with the Director of
Black Country Transport, to approve the award of a contract for
Black Country Transport (BCT) A41 Carter’s Green Outline
Business Case when the evaluation process is complete.

 

2.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Governance and Equalities, in consultation with the Deputy
Director of Assets, to approve the award of a contract for Water
Testing when the evaluation process is complete.

 

3.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Children, Young People and Education, in consultation with the
Director of Children’s Services, to approve the award of
contracts for Alternative Provision Open Framework
for Children and Young People when the evaluation process is
complete.

 

4.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet
Member for Children, Young People and
Education in consultation with the Deputy Director of
Education to approve the award of a contract
for Modular Buildings at Christ Church CE Infant
& Nursery School and Westacre Infant School when the
evaluation process is complete.
