Purpose

To consider a draft proposed Sustainable Communities Rolling
Programme after Band B (scoring mechanism for prioritising schools for future
Band C programmes).

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That the
‘Sustainable Communities for Learning (SCfL)
Strategic Outline Programme Rolling Programme’ (Appendix 1 to report
COEEI/18/24), which was approved in principle by the Welsh Government on 12
August 2024 be approved.

 

(ii)        That it
be noted that approval is subject to a full financial business case being
presented in relation to the Council’s commitments to the Programme and an
annual update report being presented to Executive Board.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To enable the authority to implement the Sustainable
Communities for Learning Rolling Programme 2024-2032.
