Purpose

To consider the report of the
Lead Member - Finance and Performance

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That
the Self-Assessment 2023-24 be recommended to Council for agreement and
publication.

 

(ii)       That
the suggested Panel Performance Assessment areas of focus be recommended to
Council.

 

(iii)      That Council be
recommended to approve that appointment of the PPA Panel is delegated to the
Leader, Deputy Leader and Chief Executive.

 

(iv)      That sickness absence be considered red RAYG rated and an area of priority.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To enable the council
to comply with its statutory reporting requirements and to provide a public
self-assessment to identify improvements and actions the council will undertake
to secure improved outcomes for Wrexham County Borough.
