Purpose

To consider the report of the Lead Member - Finance and
Performance

Content

RESOLVED -

 

(i)        That Council approves the
Self-Assessment 2023-24 for publication.

(ii)       That
Council agrees the Panel Performance Assessment (PPA) areas of focus.

(iii)      That
Council delegates the appointment of the PPA Panel to the Leader, Deputy
Leader, and Chief Executive.

(iv)      That
Executive Board members consider sickness absence to be red RAYG rated and an
area of priority.

 

REASON FOR DECISION

 

To enable the council to
comply with its statutory reporting requirements and to provide a public
self-assessment to identify improvements and actions the council will undertake
to secure improved outcomes for Wrexham County Borough.
