Purpose

To seek approval from the Executive Board on the
recommendation to terminate the current collaboration agreement and thereby
confirm that the Regional School Improvement Service (GwE) will end no later
than 31 May 2025.

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)       That
the termination of the Inter Authority Agreement and the end of Regional School
Improvement Service (GwE) be endorsed.

 

(ii)      That
the date for termination be no later than 31 May 2025.

 

Reason for decisions

 

Following the
announcement that the current working arrangements will end each Local
Authority is required to formally approve the termination of the Inter
Authority Agreement
