RESOLVED –

 

That the Executive
Board –

 

(i)         Acknowledges the Customers,
Performance, Resources and Governance Scrutiny Committee’s observations,
conclusions and recommendation following its review of the Executive Board’s decision
relating to the Hybrid Working Policy.

 

(ii)        Reaffirm
the decision taken on 13 May 2025 in respect of the Hybrid Working Policy.

 

Reason for decisions

 

Reconsideration of the original decision based on reasons
for not supporting the decision set out in paragraphs 4.7 and 4.8 of report
COGC/49/25
