Purpose

To inform the Executive Board of changes to the Lead
Members’ areas of responsibility

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That the Change and Efficiency
Programme be included as a main area of responsibility for both the Lead Member
for Finance and Asset Management and the Lead Member for Housing and Climate
Change.

 

(ii)        That,
subject to the aforementioned, the allocation of Lead Member responsibilities
and Champion roles as set out in report MP/02/25 be noted.

To provide information on Lead Members and their respective
responsibilities determined by the Leader of the Council.
