Purpose

To consider the appointment of Members to the vacant seats
on Statutory and Non-Statutory Groups which fall to be reconstituted by the
Executive Board

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)       That Group Leaders provide the names of
the nominated Councillors to fill
the vacant seat on the Joint Member/Officer Working Group on the Cost of Living
Crisis to the Chief Officer Governance & Customer within three weeks.

 

(ii)      That
this matter be dealt with as an urgent item of business in accordance with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10(m)) of the
Council’s Constitution.

 

Reasons for
Decisions

 

(i) To agree the appointment of Members to the vacant seats
on Committees,

Sub-Committees, Panels and Working
Groups in accordance with the Constitution.

 

(ii) The
reason for urgency is to allow those Members appointed to operate

Immediately.
