Member Appointment Panel to appoint Independent Lay Member to the Governance
and Audit Committee

RESOLVED – That a politically balanced Appointments Panel for the appointment of an
independent lay member to serve on the Governance and Audit Committee for a
period of four years be established.

 

 

REASONS FOR DECISION

 

To comply with the statutory requirements of the Local Government
(Wales) Measure 2011.
