Purpose

An update on the facilities management service and
highlighting the main challenges and focus areas of work

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That the completion of stock condition
surveys for all primary and secondary schools be noted

 

(ii)        That
Members support the continuation of stock condition surveys on the non-housing portfolio over the next 2 years

 

(iii)       That
the revised flowchart attached at Appendix 1 of report COH/32/25 which sets out how the budget is split be noted

 

Reasons for Decisions

 

(i) To update Members on the current position with the
non-housing stock

 

(ii) To provide assurance to Members that there is an ongoing
programme of works to
the non-housing assets in line with the approved budget
