Purpose

To consider a request from AVOW to be granted a lease of the
Shopmobility Service, Wrexham to formalise the existing occupation

Content

RESOLVED – That the Chief Officer for Housing and Assets
be authorised to negotiate and conclude terms and conditions for a new lease of
the premises, shown in Appendix 1 of report COH/07/26, being Shopmobility at
Wrexham Bus Station, for a period of 15 years at a rent of £3,000 per annum and
otherwise on similar terms and conditions as are relevant as the
lease dated 17 September 2015 contracted out of the Landlord & Tenant Act
1954.

To formalise the
existing occupation by AVOW of the Shopmobility service at Wrexham Bus Station.
