Purpose

To consider the appointment of Members to the vacant seats
on Statutory and Non-Statutory Groups which fall to be reconstituted by the
Executive Board.

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)       That Councillor Anthony Wedlake be
appointed to the vacant seat on the Wrexham Tenant and Member Partnership as
indicated in paragraph 4.1 of report COGC/13/26.

 

(ii)      That this matter be dealt with as an
urgent item of business in           accordance
with Section 5 (Rule 5.8.10(m)) of the Council’s           Constitution.

 

Reasons for Decisions

 

(i) To agree the appointment of Members to the vacant seats on
Committees, Sub-Committees, Panels and Working
Groups in accordance with the
Constitution.

 

(ii) The reason for urgency is to allow those Members appointed
to operate immediately.
