To establish a two-year change
programme to support service delivery and financial resilience

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That the establishment
of a Change Programme as detailed in report COFI/16/24 be supported, along with
the resourcing requirements to the deliver the Programme.

 

(ii)        That update reports on
progress will be made to the Executive Board periodically.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To establish a mechanism to
support the delivery of services and to support the delivery of a financially
sustainable position over the next two years.
