RESOLVED – That a politically balanced Appointments Panel
be established for the appointment of independent lay members to serve on the
Governance and Audit Committee until 24 May 2028.

 

Reason for decision

 

To comply with the statutory requirements of the Local
Government (Wales) Measure 2011.
