RESOLVED - That the Pay Policy Statement be approved
for publication in March 2024 which includes the statements for discretionary
LGPS policies which have previously been agreed.

 

Reasons for decisions

 

(i)        To
meet the requirements of Chapter 8 of the Localism Act 2011, by ensuring that
the Pay Policy Statement is reviewed with its supporting documents and
published annually.

 

(ii)       To
publish information that provides transparency of arrangements for pay and pay
decisions.
