Purpose

To consider the appointment of Members to the vacant seats
on Statutory and Non-Statutory Groups which fall to be reconstituted by the
Executive Board

Content

RESOLVED -

 

(i)         That Councillors
Michael Morris and Jeremy Newton be appointed onto the Planning Policy Panel.

 

(ii)        That
Councillor Hugh Jones be appointed onto the Corporate Land and Buildings
Strategy Group.

 

(iii)       That Group Leaders provide further names
of nominated Councillors for the remainder of the vacant seats, as detailed in
report COGC/79/23, to the Chief Officer Governance & Customer within three
weeks.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To agree the appointment of Members to the vacant
seats on Committees, Sub-Committees, Panels and Working Groups in accordance
with the Constitution.
