Purpose

To seek Members’ approval to allocate monies from
forthcoming disposals to fund essential repairs to a tenanted farmhouse, and
endorse proceeding with the sale of these assets in accordance with the
established Agricultural Policy in order to expedite maximising capital
receipts.
