Purpose

To consider a request from Erlas Victorian Walled Garden
(EVWG) to extend the existing lease agreement for a 99 year period for the land
identified red in Appendix 1 and to offer separate licence agreements to the EVWG
in respect of the areas edged blue, restricting their use to car parking and a
greenhouse poly tunnel.
