Purpose

To advise Members of the 2022/23 Capital Programme outturn
and to inform Members of the 2023/24 – 2024/25 Capital Programme as at the end
of Quarter 1

Content

RESOLVED -

 

(i)         That the capital outturn for 2022/23 be noted.

 

(ii)        The quarter 1 rolling programme for
2023/24 to 2024/25 as detailed in appendices 2 and 3 to report COFI/15/23 be
approved.

 

Reason for decisions

 

This report follows an earlier
monitoring report in February in compliance with Financial Regulation 3.13 that
requires that the Chief Officer Finance & ICT monitors and reports to
Members on the Capital Programme.
