New Asset Management Strategy

RESOLVED -

 

(i)         That the
Asset Management Strategy 2023-28 be adopted.

 

(ii)        That the supporting Property Procedures
and Standards Policy 2023-2028 also be adopted as part of the Strategy.

 

(iii)       That the Chief
Officer Housing implements the Strategy.

 

(iv)      That
any capital receipt from the disposal of land and buildings from the
non-housing or Economic Development Estate will be re-invested in accordance
with the existing policy.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To enable the Chief Officer Housing to effectively
manage the Council’s non-housing assets.
