Purpose

1.1. To inform Members of the
Council Fund revenue outturn for 2023/24, to agree the proposals with regard to
reserves and to determine the year end carry forward
arrangements;           
      

1.2 To inform Members of the
Housing Revenue Account outturn for 2023/24

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That the
2023/24 revenue position be noted and supported.

 

(ii)        That the resulting position at 31 March
2024 of the Council’s earmarked reserves and general balances be supported,
including the application of £532k to the Budget Mitigation reserve.

 

(iii)       That the above decisions be included in
the Statement of Accounts.

 

Reason for decisions

 

To agree the final position for inclusion in the
Statement of Accounts which will be considered by the Governance & Audit
Committee.
