Purpose

To advise Members of the
2023/24 Capital Programme outturn and to inform Members of the 2024/25 –
2025/26 Capital Programme as at the end of Quarter 1.

Content

RESOLVED –

 

(i)         That
the capital outturn for 2023/24 be noted.

 

(ii)        That the quarter 1 programme for 2024/25,
as detailed in appendices 1, 2 and 3 of report COFI/22/24, be approved.

 

Reason for decisions

 

This
report follows an earlier monitoring report in February in compliance with

Financial
Regulation 3.13 that requires that the Chief Officer Finance & ICT monitors
and reports to Members on the Capital Programme.
