Purpose

To seek approval from members to set an appropriate fee
structure for the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 in respect of special
procedure licensing.

Content

RESOLVED - That the proposed fee structure
as set out in Appendix 1 to report COEP/87/24 be approved.

 

Reasons for decision

 

(i)        To
permit the Authority to charge appropriate fees for special procedures.

 

(ii)       To
recover the cost of administering the licensing regime and regulating the
market.
