Overview and Scrutiny Climate Change Sub-Committee

The Overview and Scrutiny Climate Change Sub-Committee scrutinises climate change matters affecting the borough of Wyre, supporting and monitoring the Council's approach to its Climate Change Strategy.

This sub-committee reviews decisions and actions related to the strategy, advises the Leader or Cabinet on key issues, and makes recommendations to the Cabinet or Council. It develops an annual work programme based on the strategy, public concerns, and borough importance to identify areas for scrutiny. The sub-committee reports its work annually to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
