for the Portfolio Holder to consider the findings of the Fylde
Coast Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling
Showperson Accommodation Needs
Assessment (GTAA) 2023/24 and to outline the next steps following
the findings of the GTAA.

Portfolio Holder agreed:

That the attached Fylde Coast Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showperson Accommodation Needs Assessment (GTAA)
2023/24 (Appendix 1) is endorsed and published as soon as is
practical.

That the Fylde Coast Gypsy, Traveller
and Travelling Showperson Accommodation
Needs Assessment (GTAA) 2023/24 is endorsed as evidence to inform
the review of the Wyre Local Plan.
 

·        
That the GTAA will be a material planning consideration in the
determination of planning applications.
 

·        
That the GTAA is endorsed and used to inform council policy and
actions on matters relating to Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling
Showpeople.
